  1. Migrating a property inspection business off InventoryBase

    A UK property inventory agency

    A UK property inventory agency wanted 14 years of inspection records out of InventoryBase and into a platform it owns. I led the engineering: took over the live link with Airtable from a half-built sync service, then moved more than 60,000 inspections and over 4 TB of reports and photos while staff kept working.

  2. A parenting support chat platform built on Twilio Flex

    A major UK children’s charity

    Parents of children up to 19 can message a qualified coach for free, by webchat or WhatsApp. I was one of the developers who built and maintained the Twilio Flex platform behind it. In 2025/26, 3,984 parents had one-to-one coaching, and 99% of those who rated it called it good or amazing.

  3. A fostering profile platform for a UK children’s charity

    A UK children’s charity’s fostering service

    Foster carers use this platform to introduce their home and family to a child before the child moves in. I was main developer and led its technical development as it grew from one charity’s fostering teams to other fostering services in England and Wales, in English and Welsh.
